Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change.

— Brené Brown

Adam Lamb was born during a thunderstorm on Earth Day in 1990. He likes to write, ride his motorcycle, and take his daughter Opal to the playground.
He discovered Ashtanga yoga in 2014, sparking a lifelong interest in the mind-body connection. Continued study of massage, rope bondage, plant medicine, somatic experiencing, and contact improvisation nourishes this curiosity. He is currently pursuing a degree in social work at the City University of New York and sits on the council for the Metro New York Mankind Project (a men’s work nonprofit).

and agree to two rules:

1) We speak only words that enrich the silence
2) We boldly ask for what is desired
